Seeking a Clerk of the Works for our Braintree area clients. Candidate must have a B.S. in Engineering, Construction management or related field, and 5+ years experience providing Clerk of the Works project support on public sector construction projects. The qualified individual will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask with a high degree of accuracy, and be proficient in MS Office. Position will be responsible for on-site observations of progress, accurate and complete daily field reports, monitoring and coordinating testing and inspection services, interacting with the Owner/Architect, and maintaining records on site. In addition, incumbent will be required to provide high quality work product that consistently meets or exceeds client specifications. Claims Analyst - Construction Management

Cost Engineer/Estimator
PMA Consultants, a program, project and construction management consulting firm has a potential opening for a Cost Engineer/Estimator in the Newark/ New York area. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in construction/project estimating and a B.S. degree in engineering or related field. Candidates must be able to prepare estimates using unit price, labor productivity, equipment rates, earned value, constructability review, value engineering for all detail, conceptual, project change order estimate, etc. Knowledge of estimating software a plus. Project Controls Engineer
Seeking two experienced Project Controls Engineers in the Newark, NJ Metro Area. A B.S. degree in Engineering, CM or related field is required. The qualified candidate will have 1-5 years of relevant work experience in CPM scheduling & cost control, reporting and analysis, use of relational databases as well as experience in MSSQL, Visual Basic, MS Access, Primavera Enterprise and Crystal Reports. The qualified candidate will also have knowledge of delivering and developing automated interfaces between program management systems & business applications. Prior experience in the commercial construction industry is a plus, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Cost Engineer
A B.S. degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field is required. Candidates must have 3+ years of cost engineering experience including cash flow forecasting and analysis; ability to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets with support from project members. Requires experience with earned value, SPI, and CPI calculations and analysis. Understanding of WBSs, Accrual Processes, invoice review and validation all required. Will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently. Must be comfortable working independently to obtain status of project information. ERP financial experience is required; SAP and Utility experience preferred. Requires self starting skills, excellent communication skills, proven decision making skills, and the ability to function in a large corporate environment.


Software Administrator
B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field is required, as well as experience with the project life cycle including gathering system requirements from end users, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. 5 years experience with database design, interfacing with other databases, and technical support. The position requires ERP experience, preferably SAP or Oracle; however, other EPR experience will be considered. Primary responsibilities will be on interfacing ERP systems with Primavera products such as P6, Contract Manager using XI and APIs or other tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training and writing system documentation and user manuals. Experience with reporting software such as Xcelsius and Crystal Reports a plus. Software Administrator
B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field is required, as well as experience with the project life cycle including gathering system requirements from end users, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. 3+ years experience with P6, supporting a user community and resolving day to day system issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing P6 database administrative functions such as user account and user profile maintenance, EPS, OBS, coding monitoring and maintenance, training and user support.
